Coaching Style

Acting as free individuals together.

As a teacher, I am a seeker. Creative consciousness is where it is at. There is so much value in curiosity and asking questions. My abilities clear the way to find your truth.

During coaching meetings, I show compassion yet tough love combined with humor. It is remembering that you are whole and complete. The process is about shifting limiting beliefs into empowering truths. I infuse the 5 W's and H into coaching meetings.

Going down the path and staying centered is work. When the light reveals itself after being hidden, it takes fortitude to reclaim the light. Then the possibilities present themselves. You can always begin again. Something good always comes from something not so good.

Librarianship is the foundation of my studies.
